Get to Know Me
I carry with me a warm, grounded presence. I have a nonjudgmental demeanor and prefer to avoid giving advice, but instead work together to explore options and possible solutions to issues. I have a person-centered, nondirective approach that is primarily rooted in Jungian psychodynamic theory and tailored to the needs of the individual and their circumstances.

I tend to listen more than I talk, allowing you to expand and develop your thoughts while I reflect, reframe, and confront the content that emerges. I am comfortable with the gamut of human emotions and encourage their expression without need to inhibit or tailor them for my benefit or comfort. "I am human, and I think nothing human is alien to me." -Terence

I work with people of any race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. I am familiar and experienced working with polyamory/ethical non-monogamy, as well as kink. I provide a judgement-free environment where all are welcome.

About Therapy
Therapy can be beneficial in a wide variety of circumstances. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, or other hardships, or whether you are looking for holistic growth to deepen experiences, relationships with others, and connection with Self, therapy can be an important part of your journey.
I practice a long-term approach in which our timeline and goals will emerge and develop over the course of our work together. We will explore different aspects of your Self, unconscious material, patterns, dreams, and tensions to facilitate integration of your authentic Self which can benefit your relationships with others and yourself in many areas of life. We will hold and examine your inner thoughts, feelings, intuitions, and sensations to deepen insight and understanding of experiences.

Through self-reflection, self-examination, and the use of the therapeutic relationship we form, we will focus not only on relieving immediate symptoms, but on seeking to understand root causes so that they might lead to growth rather than stagnation.
